The University of Wyoming is hosting graphic designer David Carson as their Eminent Artist in Residence this Fall Semester. Carson is currently teaching two courses on campus and will be speaking in Laramie on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.

Carson will be presenting and discussing new work, as well as revisiting past work.
Motivation, influences, and current directions in design will be discussed. The event will be held in the Arts & Sciences Auditorium on the University of Wyoming Campus. The lecture is open to the public and free of charge.
