National Conferences
Two national conferences are currently held in alternating years. The National Design Conference brings designers together for a sense of community and inspiration. The National Design Business Conference concentrates on the practices, processes, and strategies of designing business. Conferences are also developed on specific professional interest.

Design Competitions
365: AIGA Annual Design Competitions, including: 50 Books/50 Covers, Communication Graphics and Design for Film and Television, among others. Competitions are documented in exhibitions appearing in the AIGA's Fifth Avenue gallery. In addition, the AIGA curates exhibitions that demonstrate the value of design excellence.

AIGA Master Card
Members can receive the benefits of MBNA's Platinum Plus MasterCard (no annual fee, a 1.7 percent introductory APR for four months, and after the introductory rate, an APR of 14.99 percent). Use of the credit card generates funding in support of AIGA's Creative Leadership Campaign. Click here!

Professional Resource
The AIGA is an excellent resource for information regarding professional practice questions.

Colorado Membership Benefits

While the national benefits often exceed the dues of membership, the Colorado chapter adds its own list of benefits. However, the true return on investment is the education, sense of community and the opportunity to get to know designers with common goals. The connections and camaraderie alone are worth the cost of joining AIGA.

Free Admission to most local events
One of the greatest benefits on the local level is the programming we offer each season. AIGA/Colorado offers a series of programs on the 1st Wednesday of each month during the Fall. In the Spring, we host our Business Breakfast series. And, of course there is the annual Patron/Sponsor party and our Valentine's Eve Art Auction. Check our events area for details.

An opportunity to volunteer
With all the activities each month, you can imagine there is a great need for volunteers on all levels. Consider the benefits of meeting new people with common interests and goals as well as the camaraderie available through volunteering. Fill out our volunteer form online to add your name to our volunteer list.
